The Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA) is the leading organization for patent attorneys and other patent professionals in our state, providing a forum for patent and other intellectual property law issues, and serving as a valuable resource for patent attorneys, agents, educators, students, and owners of intellectual property. 

 

Through the activities of its Board of Directors and its various Committees, WSPLA strives to fulfill the following purposes:

• to advance the understanding of intellectual property laws among professionals and lay persons
• to stimulate interchange of thought among its members
• to aid in the institution of improvements in the law relating to intellectual property
• to advance the best interests of the public which this association serves
